Important Notes

• Warranty Eligibility & Registration Requirements
  To qualify for Aeson Power’s manufacturer warranty coverage, all batteries must be registered through the Aeson Power Warranty Registration Portal by either the customer or the selling dealer within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date. Registration must include accurate vehicle details, battery information and supporting documentation to validate warranty eligibility and compliance with the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended specifications and Aeson Power’s compatibility requirements. Failure to complete a valid registration within the stipulated period may result in the rejection of manufacturer warranty claims.

• Warranty Claims – Original Point of Purchase
  All warranty claims must be submitted directly to the original point of purchase (Purchase Origin), together with valid proof of purchase and warranty registration details. The selling dealer shall serve as the primary contact for warranty assessment, diagnosis and claim processing in accordance with Aeson Power’s warranty guidelines. Aeson Power Headquarters reserves the right to approve or reject warranty claims based on the applicable warranty terms and assessment findings.
• Warranty Coverage (unless stated otherwise in writing):
  • Passenger – Petrol Vehicle: 3 years warranty, no mileage cap
  • Passenger – Diesel 2WD Vehicle: 2 years warranty, no mileage cap
  • Passenger – Diesel 4WD Vehicle: 1.5 years warranty, no mileage cap
  • Commercial Vehicle (i.e. Trucks / Vans / Hauliers): 1.5 years warranty, 45,000 km mileage cap
  • Others:
    • Proof of Purchase Hierarchy
      The effective date of warranty coverage shall be determined based on the following order of hierarchy: (1) Receipt Date based on the uploaded receipt, followed by (2) Date of Purchase as stated on the Warranty Registration Form. In the event of any discrepancy, the Receipt Date shall prevail. This does not waive the requirement to complete warranty registration within 30 days from the invoice date.
    • Vehicle Type Verification
      Aeson Power reserves the right to assess and determine the vehicle type based on the vehicle details and images submitted during warranty registration. This determination shall be used to establish the applicable warranty duration and verify battery compatibility with the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended specifications.
    • Validity of Submitted Documents and Images
      If the uploaded images are unclear, incomplete or blurred, or if the purchase receipt is deemed invalid, Aeson Power reserves the right to reject the warranty claim where the information provided is insufficient to establish warranty eligibility.
    • Dealer Discretion
      Dealers may offer warranty assistance or goodwill replacements directly to their customers at their own discretion and responsibility. Such arrangements shall be independent of Aeson Power Headquarters and shall not constitute any additional warranty obligation on its part.
    • Do not use external chargers to charge or repair this battery.
    • In case of low SOC, jump-start the vehicle. After starting, allow the vehicle to idle for 5–8 minutes, then drive for at least 15 minutes to facilitate battery recover

Warranty Coverage

• Capacity degradation due to manufacturing defects, resulting in less than 80% of the rated capacity.
• Failure to charge or start the vehicle under normal operating conditions due to causes other than user misuse.
• Damage to battery casing, electrolyte leakage or thermal runaway resulting from manufacturing defects rather than user misuse.
• All approved warranty replacements will be provided with the same battery model only.
• The warranty period will be counted from the original purchase date and will not restart upon replacement.

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage caused by misuse or abuse, including crashes, drilling, burning or unauthorized circuit modifications.
• Damage resulting from overcharging or over-discharging caused by incompatible chargers or fast-charging equipment.
• Damage caused by installing the battery in a vehicle with an incompatible voltage rating or outside the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended specifications and Aeson Power’s compatibility requirements.
• Damage resulting from prolonged storage of the battery at low SOC (i.e. no charging for more than 3 months).
• Damage caused by force majeure events such as wildfires, earthquakes, tsunamis or storms.
• Batteries purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid proof of purchase.
• Batteries with serial numbers that have been removed, erased or tampered with.
• Batteries without valid warranty registration completed within 30 days from the invoice date, where the absence of registration prevents verification of warranty eligibility.

AESON POWER reserves the right to disallow any battery replacement in circumstances that do not meet the applicable warranty terms and conditions. All claims are subject to verification and approval by Aeson Power Headquarters, without prejudice to any rights provided under applicable law.
